1. Product after service is given only to one who brings the receipt.
2. During the warranty period, service shall be carried out through their company authorized service centers and these centers are responsible for the product.
3. Before leaving the service centre, customers should verify the product and check whether the problem is solved. Further complaints will not be encouraged.
4. Product should be received by customer within 20 days .After 45 days; we are not responsible for the product.
5. Customers should keep backup of all data (contacts, image, etc.) contained in the product if necessary as there is a chance to loss data during service.
6. Since companies are not providing any guaranty to spares, our service charge will be excluded and spare charge will be included for repeated complaints.
